We offer a range of digital skills courses suitable from beginners to advanced level, whether you are a complete beginner, with some experience or an advanced learner we have a course fit for your needs whether for everyday life and/or work. You will need to attend an initial assessment and interview where we would assess your current IT skills and English level and then discuss your goals and recommend the most suitable digital skills course for you.

- First Steps Digital Skills - suitable for complete beginners who have not used a laptop before or are new to digital skills.
- Next Steps Digital Skills – suitable for those who are able to use Internet and email and have used a laptop before including smart phone.
- Improvers Digital Skills – suitable for those who use Internet, email and Word and can use other smart devices
You can potentially progress from the above courses to accredited digital skills courses.
Accredited
Through our accredited courses you can get a nationally recognised qualification whether you are learning digital skills for your everyday use and/or for finding work or upskilling for work. Depending on your assessment outcome we will recommend the most suitable course for you based on your goals.
