Enhance your skills and get a vocational qualification to improve your career and job prospects.

We offer a range of vocational courses in Early Years/Childcare, Teaching assistant and Health and Social Care from Entry 3 to Level 3. These courses are suitable for those who would like to take their first steps towards building foundation skills in any of these subject areas or are ready to progress to the next level. Courses are delivered either face to face, online or blended learning via our e-learning platform Google Classroom.

  • Level 2 Diploma Early Years Practitioner (qualifies you with a license to practice as an Early Years practitioner)
  • Level 3 Diploma Early Years Educator
  • Level 1 Award Preparing to work in schools
  • Level 2 Award in Support work in schools and colleges
  • Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning
  • Level 3 Diploma in Support teaching and learning
  • Level 3 Award SENCo (course fees applies to all)
  • Level 2 Certificate Health and Social Care
  • Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care

 

Our Level 2 and 3 courses require real work placement in a nursery, school or care setting and we will support you in finding your placement as well as covering the cost of your DBS application. We also offer childcare costs whilst you study with us or you can use our onsite Creche facilities.

We will need to carry out an initial assessment and interview with you to understand your current skills and knowledge so that we can place you on the right course for you.

 

We will help you to find a suitable course, at the right level, near you. To enrol on a vocational course, you will need to take an initial assessment. Assessments and interviews for courses starting in September 2024 will be taking place end of June/early July.
